How it’s used
- Let the child explore each tile by touch.
- Name the length of each one: “this is one inch”.
- Compare tiles and order them shortest to longest.
- Play: “which tile is half of this one?”, “which is longest?”
- Estimate the length of everyday objects using the tiles.
